TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By booking through our website, WhatsApp, Telephone or directly with our staff, the “Customer” (you) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and Payments

  • To guarantee your spot in any activity, a total payment or a deposit is required as specified for each service.

  • Prices are expressed in US Dollars and may vary without prior notice until the reservation is officially confirmed (Charges are processed in MXN).

  • Our reservation platform securely processes payments directly upon booking through.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policies

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules are as follows:

  • Cancellations more than [48/72] hours in advance: 100% refund (minus any applicable banking or transaction fees).

  • Cancellations between [24 and 48] hours in advance: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or “No Show”: No refund or rescheduling will be provided.

  • Date Changes: Subject to availability and must be requested at least [24] hours in advance.

3. Weather and Force Majeure

  • If the activity is cancelled by Sea Cabo Activities due to bad weather (e.g., port closure, storms) or technical issues, the Customer may choose between:

    1. Rescheduling the activity for another available date.

    2. Receiving a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Liability and Safety

  • The Customer declares to be in optimal physical condition to perform the contracted activity.

  • Following the instructions of guides and captains is mandatory. Failure to comply with safety rules or erratic behavior (under the influence of alcohol or drugs) will allow Sea Cabo Activities to cancel the service without a refund.

  • Sea Cabo Activities acts as an intermediary and/or operator, but is not responsible for the loss of personal items during the activities.

5. Minors

  • All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the activity.

6. Use of Image and Social Media

By participating in our activities, the Customer agrees that Sea Cabo Activities may capture photographs and videos for strictly promotional and advertising purposes (including, but not limited to: Printed material, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and our official website).

  • Right to Object: If the Customer wishes for their image not to be used, they must expressly state so to the guide or staff before the activity begins or send an email to info@seacaboactivities.com
